Jamey Acosta is a second grade teacher in California, working predominately with English language learners. She specializes in early literacy development and second-language acquisition. Jamey has authored a variety of early childhood and language arts resources for Teacher Created Materials, including serving as one of the developing authors for the Literacy, Language, and Learning series. She was also the lead editor on the Targeted Phonics and TIME For Kids Nonfiction Readers series.
