He is a specialist in child abuse and domestic violence prevention and protection systems, and an adviser in their development and management. As the founder of an international child protection agency Mr. Daly manages the distribution of child protection materials and resources worldwide. He writes and lectures on the subjects of child abuse and domestic violence. Mr. Daly is a long-time volunteer Guardian ad Litem where he represents the best interests of abused, abandoned and neglected children in court (Palm Beach and Miami, Florida).
