This book has 77 Italian-American recipes, covering everything from appetizers to desserts. The collection includes 6 family hand-me-downs and cherished friends' recipes, and the rest are my creations.


Our family's plain cheesecake recipe goes back to 1958, and I started making them in the early 80's. I've added my twist with at least 12 variations, four of which you'll find at the end of the book.
