Chapel of Dreams: The Peter Wynne Story

Chapel of Dreams gives an insight into the life of a man who knew he was born to make his way as a singer. A man who will never give up, a man who will always be remembered by that first Daily Express headline, "The Voice of The Sixties". If like me you like to read stories about people with great talent making their way in life with impossible dreams, then this book is for you. I am sure that as you read and enjoy this very personal story, you will find it worth every minute of your time.

Peter Wynne was not only there at the beginning with the great names of British Rock and Roll in 1960, but he naturally possessed the semi operatic vocal range that Elvis had to work on over two years in Germany! There is no doubt that Peter Wynne was one of the great voices of the sixties with effortless renditions of classic songs like More and the beautiful ballad For Your Love. Both of which were attempted in 1964 by Billy Fury, with whom Peter worked.
