In the summer of 2020, I was inspired to write from my heart and create a book filled with spiritual guidance, philosophy and inspiration to share to as many readers as possible who would be drawn to my words. You can read this small book from start to finish or just pick up whenever you feel the need for a lift or some guidance. You can choose a meditation to enjoy whenever you wish to relax, unwind and heal. The aim of this book is to help anyone going through a challenging or difficult period in their life and who needs to return to their inner strength and light, to continue along their life's path and souls journey.
