Captured By Christ

Have you ever read a Psalm and thought it perfectly described your emotions? Have you ever wanted to express your thoughts like David, to seek and speak to God like he did? Christ captured my heart like David sought God's. I fell in love with the affection expressed in the Psalms and set out on a one-year journey of prayer, fasting and writing that revealed so many beautiful truths about God's Word and created a closeness and relationship with Him, l could have never imagined. The hope for this study is to deepen your relationship and prayer life with the Lord, implant God's Word into your heart through scripture study and learn to wield His Word by sharing life giving messages of hope to others. Words became a door for me to explore emotions and express a rich relationship that only comes from knowing Jesus.
