This is a reference book for the Canadian Army cap badges held in the York Sunbury Historical Society, Fredericton Region Museum collection. In addition to photos, this book includes brief summaries of the units they represent, along with the Accession Numbers for the artefacts as utilized by the museum to guide the visitor to the specific badge being researched.

The unit records included here are extracted from the Library and Archives Canada Guide to Sources Relating to Units of the Canadian Forces. A number of reference works have been consulted to put this collection in perspective. Life size photos have been included to illustrate the various artefacts presented here by the author and other contributors as credited.

Photos of a few badges have been contributed by the New Brunswick Military History Museum collection in Oromocto, and by private collectors covering the military badges worn by Canadians up to 1919.
