Broken Again - Paperback

"I'm never enough; they broke me again! Never tilt your crown down for anyone."

Broken Again is a gut-wrenching, eye-opening, and heartbreaking experience of a young woman named Heavenly navigating her adolescent years while coping with the aftermath of her father's death. Her dad allegedly was killed by gun violence. Or was he? Life for her begins to take her on a downward spiral of mental health struggles, victimization of physical/sexual abuse, and becoming a mother to her younger siblings because of no-show parents. The lack of support Heavenly receives at home causes her to seek solace in the wrong group of people. She also has a secret that she is hiding from her loved ones in fear of rejection and abandonment. Heavenly's family has been keeping a dark secret from her that can change the family's dynamic forever.
