Black Meridian: Otis Thorne Prequel Book 3 - Paperback

Washington, D.C., 2015

Unofficially, Otis Thorne answers now only to the President of the United States.
When a Cold War scholar is found dead after uncovering evidence of a forgotten intelligence program, Otis receives a call from the one man he cannot refuse: Callahan. What begins as a murder investigation soon leads to the trail of a classified archive concealed for decades.
The archive is known as Black Meridian.
It was never supposed to exist.
Hidden for decades, it contains records of covert operations, secret alliances, and contingency plans buried so deeply that even senior officials believed them destroyed. If exposed, the archive could destabilize governments, shatter alliances, and rewrite the history of American intelligence.
But Otis isn't the only one searching for it.
Foreign intelligence services are closing in. Powerful figures inside Washington have their own reasons for keeping the truth buried. And someone is systematically murdering everyone connected to Black Meridian before they can talk.
As the body count rises, Otis uncovers a terrifying reality.
Black Meridian was never just an archive.
It was a safeguard designed for a future crisis-and now that crisis has arrived.
With rival governments closing in and the truth threatening to ignite an international firestorm, Otis must find Black Meridian before the people hunting it decide the future for themselves.
