Foster, K. Neill: - K. Neill Foster (1935-2006) had a diverse career as pastor, teacher, evangelist and publisher. His cross-cultural preaching and teaching ministries took him to more than twenty countries of the world for missionary and national workers' conferences. An ordained minister, he held a B.Th. from Canadian Bible College, an M.Miss from Canadian Theological Seminary and an M.A. and a Ph.D. from the School of World Mission in Pasadena, California. His writing includes numerous academic articles, booklets and six books, including this one.King, Paul L.: - An ordained minister with The Christian and Missionary Alliance, Dr. Paul L. King has been a pastor, professor, university administrator, conference speaker, church leadership consultant, and author of 11 books. He holds a Doctor of Theology (Th.D.) from the University of South Africa and a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) from Oral Roberts University. He teaches seminars on the Holy Spirit, revival, healing, spiritual warfare, the higher Christian life, and leadership training.
