Billy and Baxter's Adventures - Hardcover

The story tells of a seven year old boy named Billy who is an only child living with his mother, with no father figure. It's about Billy finally finding a much needed friend after he wishes for one. The story goes on to tell of their little adventures they have along the way. The moral of the story is that wishes do come true.
