Now retired from the Bureau, he lectures at conferences, universities, and international schools throughout the APEC region. He has real-world expertise in conducting and managing national security operations, intelligence gathering, and criminal investigations in international environments. As a Board of Director and Strategic Advisor at Lares Risk Management International, he provides expert guidance on regional and global security, risk management, intelligence, and law enforcement collaboration.
