With over ten years of experience in traditional drawing and painting, he later began exploring digital illustration on his own before pursuing formal studies. He is now completing his Bachelor of Arts in Digital Arts and Sciences (BADAS) at the University of Florida, where he is expanding his skills in illustration, design, and storytelling. The inspiration for Bella Boo came from Nathaniel's own teacup Yorkie, Bella Donna, whose curious and lively personality shaped the look and spirit of the illustrated character. This project marks his first children's book illustration, though he has previous experience in cover design, character creation, and digital artwork.
