Things can't change until you understand the problem.
Amy Paulson and her husband, Joshua, thought their struggle to have the children they desperately wanted was the most difficult challenge their marriage would face.
They had no idea how wrong they were.
Raising a family was easy compared to dealing with Joshua's career in the California public school system. Behind the Educator is Paulson's personal story of a passionate educator who progresses in his field until he is shut out of the system - and who loses both himself and family due to the personal impact of what felt like abuse.
Paulson reveals the lasting effects on an educator and his family once a failing system successfully excludes him. More than a story showcasing what seemed to be abuses of power by leaders who don't put student needs first, Behind the Educator is a heartfelt biography of love and loss.
