Becoming Written: A Year of Writing Stories in a Home I Loved - Paperback

Becoming Written is an anthology of essays; a thought out loud; a collection of words and pages; a philosophical musing about homes and gardens and the beings we share those spaces with. I explore writing as a means of being in relationship and 'creating with' as a means of 'getting to know.' Writing allows me to converse with my dreams, the weeds outside, and parts of myself that sometimes go unnoticed. The words within this book are an honest composting of the last year, in a house I loved, with my first garden, as a doctoral student, and as a human trying to heal herself with plants and unapologetic vulnerability.
