About the Creative Team
Mahlon F. Craft, a graduate of the Art Academy of Cincinnati with postgraduate studies at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, worked as an award-winning art director and graphic designer before turning to writing later in life. Beauty and the Beast is his second published work as an author and the ninth picture book of his design. Together with Kinuko, he creates picture books where art and storytelling merge seamlessly.
