Olmsted, Jean F.: - Jean Olmsted was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. After high school, she attended the University of North Georgia for two years before transferring to the University of Colorado in Boulder. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities. Jean and her family live in Boulder, Colorado where she has worked as a substitute teacher and paraeducator for the last ten years. She enjoys working with kids and helping them learn important life lessons on kindness, inclusion, acceptance and forgiveness. She believes we can teach children at a very young age that although we look different on the outside, we are the same on the inside.. Her mission is to remind everyone young, old and in between that you are all important and you all matter!
