She has dedicated 33 years to the bluff, including working in student affairs for five years and undergraduate admission for 10 years, where she also served as director of orientation before transitioning to University Advancement in 2003.As Executive Director, Farland is responsible for leading an enthusiastic team that is dedicated to building lifelong relationships that connect alumni, parents and students to each other and LMU with a commitment to advancing LMU's mission.
