In this book, I provide practical guide to parents, adults or caregivers on parenting styles that will lead to the development of good habits, a desirable character, a well-balanced mental state and more, it includes some routine exercises, both physical and verbal actions and I go in depth to explain how these actions will influence a child, and in retrospect, I also explore parenting flaws that is redundant in these modern days along with the consequences it has on a child.

My aim in writing this book is for you to realize that your main responsibility as a parent is to raise your kids in the best way you can for them to grow with an adequate mental health and habit system which they can rely on.
