Dream Notes

This new work brings pianist Pat Battstone together with flutist Giorgia Santoro on a musical journey using Daniela Chionna's artwork, "Appunti Onirici" ("Dream Notes") as the road map, as the musical scores. Pat says: "The idea of playing music to Daniela's artwork began in the summer of 2017 and with the collaboration of Giorgia beginning with the New Destinations sessions, the stage was set. Our subsequent meetings further solidified our aspect of playing - Question and Response, Change and Adaptation, Emotional Cohesion, and a deep familiarity of where the other is going."
