Do you feel fulfilled... like you're living your best life?

Too many people spend their days just getting by - existing rather than living.

Nothing is wrong. But something isn't quite right.

Life is decent. And yet beneath the surface there's a quiet unease - a subtle emptiness

fuelled by a feeling that there must be more to life than this.

In an age of constant distraction, life can feel like it's happening to us. Years pass.

Time disappears. We drift. And most of us don't notice until something forces us to stop.

Ask 3 Questions isn't about doing more, fixing yourself or chasing someone else's version of success.

It's about stepping off autopilot and asking the questions most of us never make time for:

Who am I? Why am I here? How will I live?

This is not a self-help book. It is an invitation to wake up - and live deliberately on your own terms.

Cross, Rob: - Born in the UK in 1976, Rob moved to Australia with his family as a young child and grew up in a small town east of Melbourne. After studying civil engineering and business administration at university, Rob followed the family tradition of military service by joining the Royal Australian Air Force as an engineer. Fuelled by a passion for helping others, it quickly became clear that while he was trained to solve technical problems, his real interest lay in unlocking the potential of people. After shifting focus from engineering to advising leaders on how to navigate the complexity of their roles as professionals and humans, in 2004 Rob returned to the UK. There, he built a successful international career in leadership development, talent management, organisational transformation and human resources, working with multinational organisations and supporting leaders across cultures and contexts. Through this period, and with the catalyst of the deaths of close friends, in addition to focusing on enhancing personal and professional performance, Rob became increasingly interested in the quieter questions of identity, purpose and fulfilment that many people wrestle with behind closed doors. In 2018, following taking redundancy from an executive leadership role in a publicly listed company, Rob chose a different path. He founded his own business and leadership consultancy, bringing together his experience of leading in high-pressure environments with a more reflective, human approach to living and leading well. Through his work, and the Ask 3 Questions online community (ask3questions.club), Rob now supports professionals across the globe to create their own path for living well.
