Passages

The primeval, freely improvised music of the group Arthea, performed on exotic and even self-designed instruments, feels like a plunge into the many voices of the tropical rain forest. Gradually all of the forms and styles that have ever been practiced on Earth seem to rise up out of a collective musical unconsciousness. These three multiinstrumentalists got together more than twenty years ago to explore the secret of music.
