"Within the pages of this book, you will find the first of three collections of the sayings of Aristurtle. These are his observations on life, time, love, virtues and other random stuff that he has seen on his slow journey.
The sayings can also help you cultivate a habit of mindfulness.

The sayings are not chronologically organised. Aristurtle himself has questioned the relevance of time as a way to order things.
Each saying should be read quietly to oneself and contemplated before moving onto another saying.
On the other hand, you can read them all in one go and out aloud as well.
Aristurtle does not seem to care enough either way!
So do enjoy these sayings . I hope I have scribed them faithfully.
