Apostles Of Discord: A Study Of Organized Bigotry And Disruption On The Fringes Of Protestantism - Paperback

Apostles of Discord is a comprehensive study of organized bigotry and disruption on the fringes of Protestantism. The author, Ralph Lord Roy, explores the history and motivations of various groups that have splintered off from mainstream Protestantism and engaged in disruptive and often violent behavior. These groups include the Ku Klux Klan, the Christian Identity movement, and various white supremacist and neo-Nazi organizations. Roy examines the theological and ideological underpinnings of these groups, as well as their tactics and strategies for recruiting and maintaining members. He also considers the impact of these groups on American society, particularly in terms of their efforts to promote racism, anti-Semitism, and other forms of bigotry. Through his analysis, Roy provides a compelling and disturbing portrait of the dark side of American Protestantism. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
