The "Beats" were college students, writers ang poets hungry for culture and new experiences devoted to a mysticism induced by drugs and alcohol - living "on the road" as a means of self discovery. Their unsteadying words were at times mystical and at times revolutionary, getting their inspiration and expressive energy by emulating the new jazz music now spreading across the country. &# 13; the tracks including her originals, were all arranged by Miss Antonini and create an atmosphere of contrasts.
