Anticipating Revival: Positioning The Church For Fresh Fire - Paperback

Amid today's world of darkness and uncertainty, many individuals grapple with spiritual and

moral challenges that lead to fear and distress. Within the backdrop of socio-economic and

political upheaval, even sincere Christians contemplate whether civilization is on the brink of

collapse. As the world's leaders struggle to offer meaningful answers or solutions, humanity

finds itself adrift in a rapid decline.

Anticipating Revival: Positioning the Church for Fresh Fire offers a faith-stirring exploration

of the significance of revival during such challenging times. Throughout history, revival has been

a catalyst for change, transforming individuals and societies during moments of crisis or

spiritual decline. This book delves into how the Church can anticipate and embrace the Fresh

Fire of revival to bring about cultural transformation.

The role of the Church as the salt and light of the world takes center stage, with the Holy

Spirit works through it to preserve life, truth, and righteousness. As the Church becomes

passionate and ignited, it transforms into a flashlight, illuminating the works of the enemy and

dispelling darkness. Revival magnifies this light, enabling it to conquer the forces of darkness

and counteract the devil's assaults on the Church and the world.

The book emphasizes that the Church must not remain passive in the face of the enemy's

onslaughts but instead be willing to embrace the Cross and die to self for revival's sake. Prayer

is the key to igniting revival, and we must guard against anything that hinders it. The book

also discusses factors that could quench revival fire and how to avoid them.

The author delves into seven-fold purposes of revival as explored by God, including soul

salvation, the restoration of backsliders, the unity of believers, and the renewal of society.

Revival centers on personal transformation and making a positive impact on communities,

nations, and the world for Christ. Achieving this necessitates a shift in mindset, practices, and

priorities.
