Gibson, Carol: - Carol Gibson is an independent television producer, formerly with the Oprah Winfrey Show. Lola M. Jones is vice president of the African American Museum of Washtenaw County and a charter member of the Ann Arbor chapter of the Links Inc. Both are University of Michigan graduates and long-term Ann Arborites. Gibson and Jones have produced two video documentaries about the black community in Ann Arbor and for 11 years produced a weekly television show highlighting the accomplishments of local African Americans.
