And Everything in Between is how I've navigated my life so far from my past, but also my present & future selves. My collection of poetry, acknowledges living between these worlds inspired by songs, movement, colors, shapes, love, scents, observations, mindfulness, emptiness, revelations, disappointments, frustrations, confusion, surrender, courage and blind faith.
