Moore, Henry: - Henry Moore, author of Ambulance Wars, retired in 2022. An active volunteer EMT in Goshen, CT, he is also part of the EMS/Rescue Services team at Lime Rock Park race track. While his primary interest was business, he pursued passions such as racing vintage sports cars, SCUBA diving throughout the Caribbean, and annoying the Bass population in local lakes. His book is based on extensive research, interviews, and personal experiences regarding the history and competition of ambulance services in Central Connecticut. Moore aims to engage EMS personnel and those interested in the history and business of emergency medical services.
