In 2007, he published his first book, Toby Lolness, with Gallimard, which became a true publishing phenomenon, translated into 29 languages and the winner of numerous awards. He is one of the most important figures in the current children's and young adult literary scene. He continues to combine his work as a writer with teaching theater.
