She is also a children's book blogger and volunteer reading helper. She lives with her husband, sons, and cats in London, where she has her own tiny free library right outside her house.

Harriet Hobday spent hours as a child drawing what was around her and filling sketchbooks with imagined characters and scenes. Little did she know that she would become an illustrator for a living.
