This book is well organized in a concise style outlining how to better understand and avoid the road to destruction. I cannot emphasize enough the need to understand what is happening to you or a loved one. This is a well-thought-out endeavor by this author, who has battled bipolar disorder for over 25 years. Having gone the long road Troy wants to help others avoid the pitfalls he had to endure.
