Legacy and memories intersect at every cross road on our journey of life. What a blessing to highlight these precious, treasured memories to the next generation. That is what this book is all about told through the medium of hats. The "special" floppy hat travels to many locations of the world that my family and I have been privileged to explore. This hat is the thread that ties the book together. It is my hope this simple book will challenge you in your commitment to God and your commitment to leave a legacy in print! My husband Rich and I live in a Retirement Community in Huntley, Illinois. I have been privileged to wear many important hats...missionary, Bible Study teacher, "late in life" college graduate, ministry assistant, and traveler. However, it is the "hats" of wife of 52 years, mother of three wonderful daughters and grandmother of three awesome grandchildren, that has given me the greatest satisfaction and joy!
