Accidentally Falling - Paperback

A single mom, her new nanny, and an attempt to mask their feelings.

HATTIE:

The best thing that ever happened to me, besides having my son Ollie, was moving onto Sapphire Falls Orchard. Now it's almost eight years later, and the man who left me pregnant and alone comes knocking on my door looking to get to know his son. It's the last thing I want, but who am I to deny my son his family? Of course this comes at the busiest time in my career, so it would only make sense to hire the most qualified nanny until she walks through my front door...

EMMY:

All I need is one more year to graduate and I'll have my master's degree in childhood education completed. But after my father unexpectedly dies and the tuition money turns into paying for his funeral, I'm scrounging for a way to pay for school. When an overpaying nanny position opens up, I'm the first to apply. But when I show up to the house, it looks surprisingly familiar, only to be the home of the woman I spent the weekend prior with.
