ABOUT THE AUTHOR Stephanie grew up in a small, coastal town in Maine. She attended Cornell University in Ithaca, NY for undergraduate studies and majored in Nutritional Sciences. She went on to become a Registered Dietitian at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. After a few wonderful years in the South, she returned to New England to become a Physician Assistant, completing her training at Yale University Medical School, Physician Assistant Program.
