Wood, Adam Christopher: - Adam Wood; a retired U.S. Army veteran and published children's author whose first two books, "OurPreemie Adventure" and "Our Respiratory Adventure: A NICU Story" has been read all over the world. Adam's passion for writing came after his son was born premature weighing just one pound and four ounces and found extraordinarily little books on the subject. He began doing public speaking, advocacy, creating online content and writing his first book to highlight life in the NICU with a humorous twist. He discovered his co-author through social media which sparked the idea to write a series of children's book together. Their hope is to educate families about life in the NICU and bring cheer through their funny yet educational storytelling.
