After inheriting a Neapolitan villa from their uncle, English spinsters Agnes (Margaret Johnston) and Ellen Isit (Dulcie Gray) take up residence there. Agnes falls prey to handsome caretaker Salvatore (Kieron Moore), and the two are soon married.
