Tristan Morgan, a pop punk rock star sidelined at home with a vocal cord issue, isn't sure if he'll ever sing again. In case that happens, he begins searching for a different career path, so he buys Wolf's Violins, his hometown, local music shop.

Elise Wolf, a former violin prodigy and the shop's heir, returns home after her indie band falls apart, only to find her family has sold the business to the famous lead singer.
