Trina Shepherd takes through a time line of how she met the Lord at an early age and the Lord begin to use her. The seed of Salvation, was planted into her life by her older sisters as a little girl. She finds herself seeking solace in her mothers closet, sitting on large plastic bags and talking to the Lord.
She finds herself in a situation where she does not like conflict and decides to go talk to the Lord about Backsliding and returning unto him when she returns home.
Trina Shepherd, is a mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and a woman in general. A very well educated woman with a A.S in Law Enforcement, a B.S in Criminal Justice and CDC in Early Childhood Education. A woman, who loves the Lord. After having two children out of wedlock, she wanted to make it right before God. But, she had a problem, the man whom she had her children by, was not right for her. Years earlier as she grew up, the women in her community chose spouse who came into their homes and were not protecting of their step children as their natural children. This bothered Trina and so she vowed, that when she got married it would be to to the father of her children. Despite having numerous messages sent to her from the Lord, " Trina, this man is Not for you" she ignored it. Only to take her and her family through so much heartache, loneness and despair.
