About the Author
Elisabeth M.S. Sherman, PhD is a neuropsychologist in independent practice in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and is the author of three memory tests: the Child and Adolescent Memory Profile (ChAMP), the Multidimensional Everyday Memory Ratings for Youth (MEMRY), and the Memory Validity Profile (MVP). Dr. Jing Ee Tan is a board-certified clinical neuropsychologist and Clinical Assistant Professor in the Division of Neurology at the University of British Columbia. Her primary clinical practice is in the Epilepsy Program at Vancouver General Hospital in British Columbia, Canada, where she also supervises predoctoral residents. Dr. Marianne Hrabok completed an M.Sc. and PhD in Clinical Psychology with Neuropsychology Specialization from the University of Victoria, then a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Pediatric Neuropsychology at Alberta Children's Hospital/Research Institute. Dr. Hrabok worked as a Registered Psychologist and Board-Certified Neuropsychologist, Lead Psychologist for a Canadian health region, and holds an Adjunct Associate Professorship in the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry at the University of Alberta. She has received funding from the Tri-Councils of Canada, and has over 70 research publications. Dr. Hrabok's commitment to exceptional patient care led her to complete her MD training at the University of Calgary, then undertake training in Psychiatry at the University of British Columbia. She is a core team member of Text4Hope, a public health service that provided mental health support to thousands during the COVID pandemic. Outside of work, Dr. Hrabok enjoys spending time with her husband and their three beloved children.
