About the Author
Tibando, Terence M.: - Terry Tibando's background experience and understanding of this phenomenon span 65 years of personal UFO sightings and ET contact that began at the age of five years. He is an experiencer, researcher, and investigator in Ufology and brings a unique and refreshing perspective on this subject based on a world view. In the mid-sixties, Terry began attending UFO lectures meeting such people as Dr. Edward Edwards, a linguist from the University of Victoria, and also Daniel Fry from New Mexico, USA, a well-known contactee and UFO author. Terry majored in astronomy, physics, math, and other sciences at the University of Victoria and was a former member of APRO (Aerial Phenomenon Research Organization and its Canadian sister organization CAPRO during that time. His investigative research culminated back in the summer of 1996 when he met with Dr. Steven M. Greer at an Ambassadors to the Universe training seminar witnessing many UFOs and ETI over a six day period. Terry was a stand-in speaker for Dorothy Izzat at the Bellingham UFO Group (BUFOG) UFO seminar in 1996, and as a panel speaker along with Peter Davenport from NUFORC and Sharon Filip, alien abduction researcher. He has been interviewed on such blog talk radio programs as Grimerica with Graham Dunlop in Calgary, Alberta; with Brian Ruhe on Bitchute.com blog radio Vancouver. B.C.; with David Twichell on WHFR.FM Michigan several times; with Jim Harold on The Paranormal Podcast show; Alan B. Smith Paranormal Now show on KGRA New York City; with Commander Cobra of Task Force Gryphon on KGRA Radio, NYC, twice with Alfred L. Webre on Newsinsideout.com blog radio in Vancouver and on Aliens Revealed Live with Dean Caporella, Florida. Terry has also appeared on the Discovery Channel during their Alien Week series in 1997 which had two ET spacecraft show up during the TV interview; he has appeared on BCTV News, and appeared briefly in Dr. Greer's successful documentary movie Sirius and was a major financial contributor to the current documentary Unacknowledged! He was instrumental in coordinating, hosting and emceeing the first Disclosure Project event on UFOs and ETS in Canada as a part of Dr. Greer's Disclosure Witness Tour held at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver on September 9, 2001, which included guest speakers Dr. Steven Greer, Dr. Carol Rosin and Dr, Alfred Webre. For the last 27 plus years, Terry has been the field coordinator of CSETI Vancouver leading teams of people on field expeditions to successfully establish contact and communications with extraterrestrial intelligences visiting the Earth.
