Unlock the power of your unique story with this transformative guide. From intimate conversations with loved ones to taking the stage in front of thousands, this powerful little book will radically elevate your story's impact ... for you and your audience.

Storytelling is ingrained in the fabric of human existence, shaping cultures and driving change for millennia. Drawing upon insights from anthropologists, neuroscientists, philosophers, coaches, and psychologists, author Frank Winters taps into the timeless art of storytelling to elevate your public speaking skills and inspire both creativity and action in your listeners.

Frank's book offers step-by-step guidance and clear instructions on how to prepare, deliver, and overcome common challenges in public speaking. He peppers the "how-tos" with real life anecdotes, and backs up his ideas with neuroscience around how our brains work. The book covers strategies around managing anxiety and building confidence and improving delivery by authentically connecting and adapting to difference audiences.

The guided journaling questions give readers the opportunity to apply learned skills and the author invites readers to connect and receive personal feedback on their own discoveries.

Frank Winters a recognized professional public speaker and coach, and writes with a clear and concise style. He provides easy-to-understand explanations of these complex concepts behind public speak, and does it in an engaging and authentic way. Readers will enjoy the bonus materials like the worksheet journaling pages and space to develop their own rules around public speaking. This book will challenge anyone interested in improving communication in all areas of life ... regardless of their level of experience.

A father of two fantastic men, public speaker, geographer, and explorer, author Frank Winters was intrigued and motivated by a random fact: one of the things he loves the most - public speaking - is the thing most feared by many. His work (as Geographic Information Officer of NYS, President of the National States Geographic Information Council and Chair of the National Pandemic GIS Task Force) gives Frank a breadth of experiences to draw from. Outside of work, Frank coached a youth mountain bike race team to a state championship and served for more than two decades as President of a non-profit ski area. Paying back a lifelong debt to the Boy Scouts of America, he serves as Section Director for the National Camp School wilderness guide program. A recent annual tradition for Frank and his oldest son is racing the 90-mile Adirondack Canoe Classic.
