Amy has written over 140 works, including her 2024 nonfiction historical book, Balls-Town: A Community of History, Friends, Neighbors, and Lingering Spirits, emphasizing the importance of preserving local history. Despite chronic migraines, her Functional Neurological disorder (FND) [a disorder that mimics other disorders and increases symptoms of her RA, tremors, and awake seizures] she continues her work in literary consulting, reviews, and promotions.Amy recently wrote and published her first children's book, and did all of the illustrations herself.
