You want a better job, better health, and better relationships. And I'm here to tell you that the surest way of achieving all this is to become a better you, a you who is wiser, smarter, and stronger.

Easier said than done? Of course, and this is where this book comes in. In it, I share what I've learned so far in my life so that your journey becomes easier.

OK, I know what you're thinking... "Who the hell is this guy?"

Well, I'm a normal guy, nothing special, except that I chose to give my two cents, to contribute. I'm a guy who decided to leave the bleachers and enter the arena.

And that was two years ago... On medium.com.

Frankly, when I started writing on Medium, I didn't quite know what I was doing. All I knew is that I was enjoying the process. However, looking back, I identified three recurrent themes in my articles: how to become wiser, how to become smarter, and how to become stronger.

Now, going to my Medium profile and browsing almost 100 articles is not the best experience out there, I must admit.

Then, the idea of this book. In it, I organize and condense those two years of writing, so that now you can have the best experience possible.
