Hunt, Deborah Dolan: - Deborah is a writer and nursing professor who lives in New York with her family. Deborah holds a PhD in nursing and has completed coursework related to many of the self-care modalities that are included in this book. Deborah is a health advocate and believes in an integrative approach to health and wellness. She refers to herself as an eclectic author as she writes in several genres.
