After graduating from high school in Green Bay, WI., Andrew Xiong attended UW-Whitewater majoring in English. Andrew Xiong completed his masters of science in teaching degree in 1992 from UW-Stevens Point and relocated to St. Paul, MN to teach and eventually become a school administrator.
