Way, Truth, Life: Discipleship as a Journey of Grace

A life of following Jesus should never be boring or stagnant, nor should it be done alone. As we seek to become more and more like Jesus, we discover that Christian discipleship is an ongoing journey of grace. In Way, Truth, Life, David Busic invites us to consider the various ways that God's seeking, saving, sanctifying, sustaining, and sufficient grace meets us where we are in our lives. When we respond faithfully to the One who lovingly calls and equips us for the Journey of Grace, we will enjoy a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ, who is himself the Way, the Truth, and the Life.


About the Author
David Busic is currently a general superintendent in the Church of the Nazarene. Prior to his election to his current post, he served as president of Nazarene Theological Seminary and as senior pastor of churches in Livermore, California; Lenexa, Kansas; and the historic congregation of Bethany First Church of the Nazarene in Oklahoma. Dr. Busic has published numerous articles and co-authored two books, A Pastor's Guide to Effective Preaching and Sharing My Faith. He was co-editor of Preacher's Magazine: A Preaching Resource in the Wesleyan Tradition from 2000 to 2007.
