From the very beginning, Vinyl was noticeably influenced by the old school funk grooves of bands like the Meters, while still holding a certain flare for Latin, reggae, jazz and dub elements. Vinyl's self titled album will get you dancing with it's Latin percussion mixed with funky helpings of R&B and reggae.
