The Pacoima Radio Sessions

On the 20th Anniversary of the original Pacoima release, these live radio performance by Fernando Viciconte and his band promoting the the release surface as the first in a series of titles from Portland's legendary "Church of NW Music" radio program vault of gold. Featuring 10 originals and a blistering cover of the Richie Valens classic, "Ooh My Head", Fernando is a Portland treasure and a 2016 inductee to the Oregon Music Hall of Fame. Combining garage rock characteristics with soulful undercurrents and an alternative edge, the 10 originals, sung in Spanish, are an amazing introduction to a Portland musical treasure.
