Earth and Her Decay is a clair-obscur hymn to nature and it's cycle of life, in which Déhà & Marla Van Horn join forces to create what one may call atmospheric "post" funeral doom metal. Between darkened ambiances ("Nowhere"), healing songs ("Purification Ritual") or even some light ("Dead Leaves"), this album puts the listener in the moods of the season where everything falls. Not just a collaboration but an entity of it's own.
